All prescription medicines supplied by us are issued following a clinical assessment conducted by our GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber. No prescription will be issued without a completed and reviewed consultation.
It is your responsibility to provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in refusal of treatment, cancellation of your order, and could be dangerous to your health.
Prescriptions are issued at the clinical discretion of the prescriber and are not guaranteed. If a prescription is declined, you will be notified and a full refund issued where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via our payment provider.
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.
We do not store full card details on our systems.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and a prescription approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispensed and dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the postal service used.
Medicines are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure a suitable delivery address is provided. We cannot be held liable for orders not received due to an incorrect address being submitted.
You may cancel your order before your consultation has been reviewed and a prescription issued. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispensed, we are unable to accept a return or offer a refund, in accordance with Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempts prescription medicines from the standard right to cancel.
If your prescription is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of any consultation or medication fees paid.
